I can tell you, though, that although I am not an anime character, I have had green and turquoise coloured hair.

It is good i suppose. The hair is jade color so yea i get it. To be honest the colors are somewhat dull. Other then that this picture is nice.
Purple, green, and black are NEVAR dull.

ooh, nice one. the left arm though is a little off in shape, and the proportions are appropriate except for around the waist. her pose seems a little awkward. other than that i would say great job. better than what i can do ^ ^;.
lol, you have no idea how well that piece fits you. though, instead of the little, seemingly out-of-place razor, i think a long, thick, heavy leather whip would suit you better ;) .
