Too bad people in Canada don't have the same sort of demanding palates for coffee as in other places in the world. Back home, people take coffee f*cking seriously. Big companies fail miserably at every attempt at market introduction. Sort of funny, really. Move to Portugal! =D

I work for a canoe outfitter in the summer which is a small operation...sometimes things get really tight and you start to question your job security. luckily my boss isn't too bad about prices, he keeps them higher then the other outfitters in the area, but he also doesn't cut corners. we rent higher quality boats and we provide more things that go with a boat rental than other places...if you charge more, you should be ready to provide more.
