You could get a couple of large, plastic bins from an office supply store. The kind that have lids aqnd can be stacked on top of each other. A cheaper route would be to get the cardboard boxes like the ones seen in office buildings; the ones used for filing. They also come with lids and can easily be stacked ontop of each other.
I used those in my last apartment for my book collection. You can stack three of those boxes in one corner of a room. Good way to double or triple the space you have. The downside is that the boxes are not very pretty to look at, and you can't your collection the way you can now. The stackable, plastic boxes come in clear. The more heavy duty ones are gray, and you can't see through them. But each type, whether plastic or cardboard, will increase space in your room.

I dunno, I think I've run out of space on the shelf most of them were housed on. :/
And I don't let them in my room, or really touch them. :P Even though DearS, Chobits, that one i can't find, and Octopus Girl have nudity of any sort in there.
