Well, I was wondering, if I did the whole "Hey, dude, I got these customers, they're WHITE!", would I get arrested or in massive shit?

We have a "help wanted" sign on the window, and we get a lot of college students/grads applying. Just saying, the applicants I've taken the resumes of are white.
So we hire another (boss' race) guy, who THANKFULLY speaks GOOD English.

It's obvious that this situation is infact discriminatory... maybe unintentional as they might be trying to look out for you.... but this situation is pretty blatant. The only thing one could do is raise their problems to their employer and tell them. It might not go over, but if they are anything like this situation they deserve not only to be heard but to be respected.
