Calm down, the phone stuff is probably a misunderstanding, just show the paperwork that proves the cap was taken off, and if your not on a contract with them, threaten to leave in case they just ignore you, don't let others recklessness make you miserable, if they crash it's there own fault, the bike will take most of the damage, and hopefully your insurance will cover any damage you take.
